Do I need to make a reservation for my infant?

If you ONLY have an infant, then yes please reserve a ticket online. If you have a baby less than 6 months with a paying sibling, you should reserve a ticket for your older children and you may pay a reduced rate ($8) for your infant when you arrive.

When should I make my reservation?

We suggest that you make reservations online, or you can pay & fill out the waiver when you arrive.

Can I purchase food & beverages on-site?

Yes! We have a cafe serving hot coffee & espresso drinks, iced lattes, tea, soda, juice, goldfish, applesauce pouches and ice cream. Alcohol drinks are available for adults.

Can my adult friends come even if they don’t have kids?

Friends are welcome! When booking for your child, you may bring up to 6 adults. If you have a bigger party, please email us at hello@totspotsocial.com to make sure we can accommodate your group.

Are shoes allowed?

We ask that anyone entering the play area remove their shoes. We suggest grippy socks for little ones and have some available for purchase if needed. Exceptions are made for those with orthotics or special needs etc.

Can I leave my child?

All parents and caregivers must stay on the premises and supervise their child. We understand children have their moments, but ask that you intervene to ensure they don’t disrupt other children’s experiences. After 2 requests for parents to intervene, a family may be asked to leave.

Where should I park?

There’s a parking garage behind our building with direct access to our suite!

What are the payment options?

We are cash-less so please bring your phone or a card!

What if we need to reschedule a play session?

More than 48 hours in advance, you can adjust your open play reservation from your confirmation email. If you call the day of, we can’t guarantee a reschedule, but if we’re able to fill your spot with a walk-in or another kid, then we will do our best to accommodate. We appreciate you staying home if you’re sick!

What are your cleaning practices?

We clean throughout each play session and wipe down toys. We also have a space to set toys aside and out of reach if they get sneezed on or put in a mouth.
